The 2021 Texas legislature has changed the law regarding how Texas Motor Vehicle and Driver's License Information may be accessed. We will be reaching out to Texas DPS & Texas DMV to confirm that we are in compliance with the new access law and you may see some updated changes in the future. One requirement in the new law is that we must record the business name, along with its approved reason, for searches made on the Texas Drivers' License or Motor Vehicle databases. If you do not have a business name on file, we will prompt you to update this before you search on these databases.
I certify, and affirm, under penalty of perjury that the below identified DPPA exemption applies to this search and its follow-on displays. Further unauthorized disclosure of this information may result in penalties imposed under Title 18 U.S.C. Section 2721 et. seq., and applicable federal and state law. All searches are logged and subject to DPPA audit.Exemption Details
